Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returns that are sent to us without prior authorization.

Damaged and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas products. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
